📦 Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after the 14-day return window
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
